Thanks to our awesome community, MANRAGS is going Public!

Over the last 2 years we've experienced incredible growth and some great achievements to date. We're excited to announce that we are launching our Equity Crowd-Sourced funding campaign with Equitise.

Crowd funding allows Australians over the age of 18 to invest in exciting startups (like ours) in exchange for shares and you can read more on this exciting announcement by clicking on the link below.

What is Equity Crowdfunding?

Equity crowdfunding makes investing affordable, easy and fun. Until recently only the very wealthy and venture capitalists could get involved in capital raising. Now through Equitise, anyone can invest in startup businesses that have exciting growth potential for as  little as $250 and a maximum of $10,000 (Sophisticated Investors are unlimited in their investment) and off course in true MANRAGS style, there are some pretty unique Shareholder benefits!

Why are we taking to the crowd?

We launched MANRAGS with the intention of providing a high quality and unique product at a reasonable price, with a focus on making the buying process of essentials easy and convenient.

Our community of advocates and subscribers requested we provide underwear to our range, so we did. Our community has asked for additional products and we're in the process of sampling new products.

Our Number 1 request has been for a female range as well as a His and Hers, so we've decided to launch our sister brand MS SOUS. We are currently in pre launch phase and intend to launch following our crowdfunding campaign.

You can now get involved as a both an Investor and Subscriber!

Like any investment, Crowd-Sourced Funding (CSF) is risky. Investors may lose their money and the business may not achieve its objectives. You should consider the CSF offer document and the general CSF risk warning contained in the offer document in deciding whether to apply under the offer.
